Refund Policy

At THE QSSV LLC, doing business as QSSV African Market, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued.

Meals & Ready-to-Eat Foods

Due to the nature of freshly prepared meals and ready-to-eat food items, all meal sales are final once preparation has begun or the order has been fulfilled.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as incorrect items or quality concerns at the time of pickup or delivery), please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Packaged & Grocery Products

Packaged food items and grocery products may be eligible for a refund or exchange only if:

  • The item is unopened and unused

  • The issue is reported within a reasonable time after purchase

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Perishable items, opened products, and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.

Catering Orders

Catering orders require advance planning and preparation. As such:

  • Deposits for catering services are non-refundable

  • Cancellations must be communicated in advance as agreed at the time of booking

  • Refunds or credits for catering orders are subject to the terms discussed during order confirmation

Any concerns regarding catering services should be reported promptly so we can address them appropriately.
